Well, today is April 1st. Damn, almost 3 months of this year have already passed. Time is flying so fast. ⏳
Since I went to sleep late yesterday at 1 AM (was stuck with something), I still managed to start my morning at 7:30 AM. By 8:15 AM, I was already reading a bunch of articles—so many things I had saved but didn’t get time to read for the past week. I spent a full hour catching up, scrolling through tweets about security research, and bookmarking tons of stuff for later.
After that, I joined the regular morning meeting. As usual, the same guys were there, just yapping about things they don't even understand. 🙄 Later, I joined the welcome session for the new in-house CIO & CISO. I really hope that after this new leadership, people will start taking security seriously in this company.
Then, I resumed working on tasks that had been paused for some time and made progress on all pending work.
Apart from work, I also started looking into insurance & investment planning i already sending all this details to my sis as well as she also don't have plans. No one in our family has ever talked about this before, even though it’s one of the most important things to discuss. L shared some of her research on policies and investment options.i guess as me she is also been thinking about this for a while, but after a recent incident i got seriously on this, it really hit me how we’ve been living on the edge with zero plans. So, I’ve taken this seriously, started researching in the past week, and now I’m also taking advice from others. What L shared today gave me more clarity and reassurance about how important all this is.
Later in the evening, I went for my daily walk. Today, I took a longer walk while listening to peaceful songs, like this album on Spotify—"Angel of Peace" and many others. 🎶
Today’s step count: 6,877 steps. Since it’s the first day of the month, this also means the total steps for this month (so far) = 6,877. 🚶♂️
