So yeah, it's again just a regular day as always — woke up at 7 AM in the morning and doing stuff that I usually do on a regular basis. And today is Sunday as well.
From the past 2 days, I’ve been doing this “vibe coding” thing with Cursor on security-related challenges — and honestly, I’m loving it! By doing this, I can build vulnerable applications myself and test my knowledge and research skills, which actually helps me boost productivity.
So for the last 2 days I’ve been working on:
This is an API security scanner SaaS product that dynamically creates automated test cases for APIs.
They launched this challenge called
🔗 Beat the Scanner,
where we have to make a vulnerable app and check whether the scanner detects the vulnerabilities or not.
Since I’ve been using Cursor and got this “vibe coding” energy, I was able to do it completely solo and I’m actually seeing great results. Bonus — it gives me free vouchers worth $400 for exams 😎. So yeah, fun with new tech trends!
Now, I know you're the one reading this journal every day, so you’re the right person I could tell this — just imagine using tools like this in your product analyst role. You could:
No one’s doing this yet, but I can help you set this up and show more on it tomorrow. This type of coding flow, aligned to your own needs, can actually boost growth, productivity, and creativity.
In the evening, I went for my daily walk and had a total of 5,354 steps. With that, the total for this month is now 33,572 steps.
