Yet another non-working day, but today I got enough sleep—around 8-9 hours, which felt really good.

As usual, I don’t really eat breakfast anymore, just a quick tea or coffee. So, I had tea and started working on the things I missed yesterday, adding some missing points to the sheet and making updates to the PPT. Spent about 1 hour on that.

Since today’s security meeting had no attendees (because others were working from the office), I skipped it.

Speaking of the office, there's this one guy in my department who's totally annoying to me and another colleague. To be honest, I really hope we switch to another project or team soon so that we don’t have to deal with people like this.

After that, I had a casual daily meeting with friends and colleagues, but we wrapped it up in just a few minutes since there was no specific work to discuss. Instead, we focused on our own side tasks for personal learning and exploration.

Later, I spent some time solving challenges and looking into the source code of our company’s SAML implementation. I also read a security research blog about SAML authentication flow vulnerabilities, which was quite insightful.

Then, I came across a survey paper from Microsoft: "The Impact of Generative AI on Critical Thinking: Self-Reported Reductions in Cognitive Effort and Confidence Effects From a Survey of Knowledge Workers". This research is so in-depth about how Generative AI affects human critical thinking, and it honestly scared me a bit. I rely heavily on GenAI for most of my tasks, and it’s not just me—most people are doing the same. This could be a real problem in the long run.

After that, I had a bit discussion about some comedy shows that have been in the headlines recently. The controversy was about how the panelists used offensive and controversial language, which led to huge backlash. But the issue is deeper than just this one show—it reflects a larger problem in today's generation. Many people in India, especially the youth, are focusing on non-existent issues while completely ignoring the real problems. There are even forming orgs like "protect Indian families,” like they are the one who had this responsibility and beacuse of thier baseless opinions & all, they end up spreading hatred towards women. It’s honestly frustrating to see how people are giving attention to the wrong issues.

no one talkes about the equality or have an equal rights for the both insteed they arugues like men's workiinf 9-5 and women can't able to cook in kitchen?? also they are passing commmnets like this In fact, cooking is like a meditation.stfu to all this people and orgs TBH. and that's why people prefer to leave this contry...

After all this, I took a nap in the afternoon. Later, I went for my daily walk. Today's step count is 5,061, bringing my total to 97,754.
