So today was a hectic day!!
Apparently, today was my internal viva submission for the last semester. So I woke up at 5 AM, got ready, and left for the bus station at 6 AM to catch a bus to my university. The journey took 3.5 hours, and on top of that, I had to wait more than 1.5 hours just to get a city bus to my university. At one point, drunk people boarded the bus—they could barely stand properly and smelled awful, yet no one, not even the conductor, stopped them from boarding. Annoying!
After finally reaching the university, I went directly for my submission and guess what? They arranged a Faculty Development Session today! And even worse, despite knowing that today was the internal viva submission, they still scheduled the session for all faculty members. So I had to wait outside till 1 PM.
Fortunately, I managed to spot my mentor and handed over all the required documents. And guess what? That was it!! No questions, no viva, just for show-off!!
After that, I had to complete the process of retrieving my original documents that I had submitted to the university in the first semester. That meant a lot of paperwork, signatures, and stamps—running from one building to another just to get things done!
By 3:30 PM, I was finally free and went for lunch.
Later, for a short distance, I took a ride with my friends on a motor scooter, and since we were riding triple-seat, we ended up getting fined by the police. 🤦
After that, I finally caught a bus back to my town and reached home at 6:30 PM.
Since I was running around so much today, my total step count is 11,460 steps, and with that, my total for the month is 91,165 steps.
