Today was a good day, I guess. Since yesterday, all my family members went to attend a family function, so for the next two days, I'll be alone at home.
Last night, I went to bed around 1 AM again, as I was solving another CTF and had a casual meetup with a few group members on Discord. Woke up around 7 AM in the morning.
After freshening up and taking a shower, I made myself tea. Then, I did some house chores—laundry (had to wash yesterday's and today’s clothes), cleaned the floors, and rearranged the couch covers. Once the washing was done, I put the clothes out in the sunlight to dry.
Also, I did my morning routine for the tortoise, but I realized there was no proper calcium & protein-rich food left, so I ordered some.
Since I was alone at home and didn’t want to order food from outside, I decided to cook Gujarati Vaghareli Khichdi (Masala Khichdi). Later, I went to the Amul shop to buy yogurt and also picked up some quick meal options like Maggi and pasta. And honestly, the khichdi I made was the best—great texture, lots of veggies, and low oil.
After that, I read a blog about Tirupati Devasthanam, written by my best friend. The way she structured the blog, from start to finish, with raw emotions and no AI-generated content, was really amazing. I loved reading it, and we also had a chat about the Tirupati temple. Definitely adding this to my bucket list—such a divine place to visit.
For lunch, I had the masala khichdi with yogurt, and after that, I cleaned up all the utensils and dishes I had used for cooking.
Later, I had a casual meeting with my friends and colleagues. One of the key topics was the possibility of getting a full-time job opportunity at our current company. We discussed the tasks that we required to complet this is out personal tasks anf all but we couldn't able to procedd further till we get this full time role related any update and still i havenn't talekd with director as well cause i didn't get chance to speak with him and it's just 1 month left so i'm bit stressed and anxious. Also, I was wondering whether the email we sent to the director a few days ago might have seemed too intrusive, like we sent it just because we wanted a full-time role. But let’s see what happens.
In the evening, there was the India vs New Zealand cricket match. I sat down to watch it, but in the first few overs, three main wickets fell for India, so I decided to take a 1-hour nap.
After waking up, I watched the match again and made myself elaichi tea. Had it with Parle-G biscuits. Normally, I don’t drink tea in the evening, but since no one was home and I felt like making it, I did. This took me back to my childhood—I used to love Parle-G so much.
Later, I went for my daily walk. Today, I did 5,544 steps, and with that, the total for the month is now 8,851 steps.
