Draft to process

.

So yeah, back to the daily journal again after almost a week-long break. This past week has been really important to me, as it has taught me so much and helped me understand many aspects of life.

If you're reading this, I'm sure you already know what happened over the past 5-6 days. I’ve written a detailed blog about it here: Read My Blog.

Father's Recovery 🙏

Today is the day my father got discharged from the hospital. I'm now trying to get back to my daily routine. Honestly, I didn’t expect such a speedy recovery. Given his anxiety syndrome, the stroke, prolapse, and the delay in getting him to the hospital, I was really worried. With the severity of the stroke, it could have caused permanent paralysis, but somehow, he has mostly recovered from it. I don’t know if it was just luck, God’s miracle, or his sheer strength to fight through it, but I’m beyond grateful.

This week was probably the first time in 10-12 years that I spent this much time with him. It made me feel really good, and I think he needed my presence too. He showed me how having a strong mindset can help you fight through anything, even with his anxiety disorder.

Life Lessons 🧩

This whole incident made me reflect on so many things:

This experience will always stay with me as a memory to reflect on.

Gratitude 🙌

I'm so grateful to my close ones:

Back to Routine 🚶‍♂️

After a week, I finally went for my daily walk to introspect and take some time to heal. I walked 5,597 steps today, bringing my total to 155,095 steps for the month.

With all that said, I’m taking everything in a positive way, and I’m just thankful that my father made such a huge improvement in such a short period. 🙏
