Soo yeah, I'm back again with the regular journal. I initially took a break for 10 days from journaling and social media. And the onces who read this — you probably know — a lot has happened in the past 6–7 days, especially around family problems related to a critical health emergency and my cousin brother accumulating debts. But yeah, I guess it’s still stable... these are the things that just happen in life as we move forward. I'm sure day by day, we’ll find ways to come out of it.

These kinds of family issues and emergencies teach you a lot. Like how much strength you really need... how much support you have from other family members... and how even a random check-in from a friend can actually make you feel better and stronger. Honestly, during this time, something triggered me badly — and I believe I experienced emotional dysregulation or panic disorder. Continuous sobbing where you just can't control yourself. That was tough.

Anyways, I’m really grateful for the support from my sister and my friend. Thank you for always being there and encouraging me.

Coming back to the regular journaling now. I woke up at 7, and by 8 I started my usual activity — reading blogs and all. Oh, and one thing that happened recently: 2 days ago my laptop was formatted by the support person who changed the OS. I lost all my Firefox history and so many bookmarks that I now miss a lot.

Today there wasn’t any work from the company. Since I'm WFH, they gave an office address in Gujarat for some formal reasons. But it’s strange — today was both Maharashtra Day and Gujarat Day, yet only Maharashtra office got a holiday? Haha, anyway — not a big deal as I didn’t have any work assigned.

I spent about 2 hours working on bug bounty hunting but didn’t find anything major. Sometimes I feel sad that even the people closest to us never share what’s really going on in their lives. If you're reading this — and if you're ever feeling low or something — please know you can talk to me. I learn this from close friend that A simple “Is Eveyrthing alright?” message can mean everything to someone in a tough time.so now whenever i talks to the friend or someone to whom i had chat after long time i do ask that. yesterday i did the same and got to know that his family also facing same issues.this little thing can help someone a lot..

In the afternoon, I watched a few episodes of Modern Family and then took a nap. In the evening, I went on my daily walk with my usual calm playlist. I walked 5,149 steps today, and with that, the total for May so far is 5,149 steps. My total for April was 165,491 steps.
